Dry to Off-Dry Wines:

Noiret - The Noiret grape gives this wine a distinct peppery flavor that becomes more pronounced with time. Aged on oak, it pairs especially well with red meats such as steak, venison, and burgers on the grill. $15

Pop’s Single Shot- Made from the Chambourcin grape, this dry red wine has aromas and flavors of tart berries and red fruit at the start, with a more rugged, earthy finish. It honors Pop Smyser and features his shot gun on the label. Pairs well with tomato sauces and mushroom dishes such as veal or chicken marsala. $15

Windmill White - Like a cool breeze that rotates the old windmill next to the pond on our farm, our signature dry white wine is crisp and refreshing.  It exhibits aromas of citrus and fresh cut grass and tastes great with light chicken and seafood dishes. $15

Two Oaks - Similar to Chardonnay, wine from the Chardonel grape is delicious when aged in oak. By using both French and American oak,  we achieved a distinct oak flavor with notes of lemon and fresh toast. Enjoy with cream sauces and soft cheeses. Or, enjoy a bottle under the two large oak trees that provide beautiful shade for our winery! $17

War of the Rosés - Steuben is a dark red grape that produces a pink juice. "War of the Rosés" is our tribute to the White Rose of York, the Red Rose of Lancaster, and the rolling farmland that we love so much. With fresh mineral flavors and just a subtle sweetness, this is a great "patio wine" for dry wine lovers! $16

Semi-Sweet Wines:

Traminette - This unique grape produces flavors of exotic fruit, candied citrus, and honey. It provides outstanding balance to spicy cuisines such as Chinese, Thai and Indian. Take a bottle to your favorite York City BYOB restaurant! $15

Sweet Wines:

Barnyard Blueberry - Named for the barnyard that you see right next to our vineyard, this wine is bursting with fresh blueberry flavor from local blueberries. Refreshing on it's own, it also tastes delicious with blueberry pancakes or pie! $18

Bungalow Black and Blue - Growing up on a farm, the taste of wild black raspberries picked fresh from the fence row was synonymous with summer. These plump locally grown berries, blended with blueberry, will make you think of the perfect summer evening. $21

Pink Flamingo - Sweet, fruity and unrefined, Pink Flamingo is all about having FUN. It is made from the Steuben grape, and named after our Dad's 1956 DeSoto, which we know has had it's fair share of good times! $15

Sweet Seventeen - Just like the Deana Carter song, this sweet strawberry wine made with fresh local strawberries will be like a "first taste of love." We also named this wine Seventeen in honor of the year we were able to open our winery. Best enjoyed with chocolate or ice cream! $18

Grandma's Meadow Tea - We made this wine the same way that Grandma Smyser made her famous Meadow Tea; by steeping mint tea leaves, picked fresh from the creek bed. Her's was never fermented of course, but we think she would approve! $16
